Mary Eugenia Sibley, 92, a businesswoman who retired in 1968 as a member of the executive committee of Stone Paper Tube Co., died of pneumonia Dec. 18 at a hospital in Asheville, N.C. Mrs. Sibley was born in Washington and graduated from the old Business High School. Sheila (nick named Louie) was the daughter of Ted G. Harris and Arlene M. (Schumann) Harris and was born on January 8th, 1966 in Mauston, Wisconsin.
